Brazing cylinder in 0.88 L is designed for the Indian as well International markets. This cylinder is suitable for MAPP gas, Propane and Oxygen. The handheld cylinder makes it portable and easy to use for brazing purposes. The cylinder is designed as per DOT39.

Our Chlorine Tonners are PESO approved. Designed as per AME Section VIII   Div. 1. They are customised as per the customer's requirement. The chlorine tonners undergo rigorous tests keeping all safety measures in place in order to give our customers a high quality and safe product.

Our specialised cylinder for Methyl Bromide has a water capacity of 14.4 L. It is made according to ISO 4706.

Our 3 piece welded cylinder is designed for filling Dissolved Acetylene gas. The cylinder has a water capacity of 41 L. The DA cylinder is PESO approved.

Our propane tanks are DOT approved. Available in 20 LBS, 30 LBS, 50 LBS, 60 LBS and 100 LBS.

Cylinders for balloon application for filling helium are available in three sizes: 7.1 L, 13.4 L, 27.4 L. Our Helium cylinders are DOT39 approved. They come in 5ply cartons with customised graphics based on the customer's requirement.

The 22.1L cylinder is DOT39 approved. This cylinder is used to fill Adhesives and Foam by various customers across the globe.

BCPL manufactures two & three-piece welded steel cylinders for LPG used in automobiles, meeting the established standards and as per the customersâ?? requirement. These auto LPG containers are available in cylindrical and toroidal shapes. The cylindrical containers range from 200 to 400 mm in diameter, whereas toroidal containers range from 180 to 270 mm in diameter. The cylinders are available in the following capacities: 4.9 Ltr, 5 Ltr, 5.2 Ltr, 5.8 Ltr, 15 Ltr, 25 Ltr, 28 Ltr (toroidal), 34 Ltr (toroidal), 36 Ltr, 50 Ltr, 60 Ltr and 75 Ltr. BCPL is one of the renowned companies in India known for the quality of automotive tanks. These tanks are marketed through a Pan-India network of distributors and dealers.

Export LPG Cylinders

BCPL manufactures 990 Ltr water capacity tanks. The manufacturing unit is equipped to design and manufacture tanks up to 3000 liters of water capacity. These tanks are heat-treated in a state-of-the-art NC control furnace and painted with polyurethane paint with an undercoat of epoxy primer. The powder coated surface is also supplied on request. These cylinders are supplied to Indian oil and marketing companies such as Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum, Bharat Petroleum and to companies such as TOTAL, Super Gas and exported to other countries.

BCPL holds the credit of being the first in India, to develop lightweight gas cylinders manufactured from high-tensile steel. These cylinders show significant grain size refinement. This results in saving of steel weight with a strong resistance impact on the cylinders. At the same time, yielding very high tensile and strength.
