Connect your USB device to it. If your USB device needs to be powered on as well, please do not forget to do so. Now you are ready for software installation. Please read on. Software Installation 1. When the automatic installation process completes An application shortcut will be installed on- the desktop of your PC: Please double-click on the short-cut to- start the application. Using the USB Device 1. Once the utility starts up, click to high-light the USB device you would like to use and click on the Connect Device button. 2. Once connected, you can see the device status changed to indicate connection has been established 3. The flash drive connected as an - example then can be used as if it is plugged into your PC via the USB port. 4. Any USB device connected via USB Server- utility should work as if they are plugged into the connecting PC via USB port. 5. Devices could be in any of the 3 following status: This status icon indicates that the - device is now free for connection. You can connect this device and use it. This status icon indicates that- the device is connected by you. This status icon indicates that- the device is connected by other users. You may NOT connect to it- until the device is free again. 6.
