Recycled Polyvinyl butyral (rPVB) is made from recycled laminated glass, with the major source being laminated safety glass from the automotive and architectural fields. rPVB film & leather are renowned for many things, including their: high elongation and tensile strength; its elasticity; and to varying degrees, their ability to resist oil, grease, solvents, chemicals and abrasion. These characteristics make rPVB extremely popular across a range of markets and applications, such as accessories, bags, shoes, furniture, garments, and even balls!
