Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final materials.
Shibang Straight Centrifugal Grinder Mill is mainly used for grinding mixed materials. The machine is on purpose to grind mining materials in the fields of metallurgy, building materials, chemistry, mining and so on. It can grind the non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with the Mohí»s hardness lower that scale 9.5. When the mill working the motor drives the rollers suspension frame through flywheel and central shaft, and the rollers will rotate around the ring with the rollers suspension frame. After entering the hopper, the materials fall down to the rings, during this process, they are grinded by the rollers into powders or fine grains, and at last are discharged by the outlet.

This foaming line is designed only for refrigerator not for freezer. Because of the freezer inner is aluminium plate, and that refrigerator inner is ABS. The foaming mold of freezer is expand mold, and that the foaming mold of refrigerator is fixed mold. The expanding mold and jig outside should be make for freezer foaming in addition.
