Flavors of Cosis are manufactured by very experienced experts of cosis with the latest Facilities to boost the original flavors and tastes of food products, and even make up for flavor losses of food products during the manufacturing process and distribution and challenges to develop more attractive new flavor products.
100% wild
We believe luwaks should live freely in the wild nature and thus we do not encourage coffee produced from caged or farmed luwaks which can involve serious animal cruelty issues. We, hachiko coffee, operate our own coffee plantation, around our coffee farm are widely grown fruits such as apple, guava, papaya, banana and tomato, these fruits, along with our coffee berries, become the target food of the luwak troops, with that, we as the direct producer can guarantee
The indonesian coffee and cocoa research institute has certified our product for being 100% wild luwak /civet coffee and also our supreme quality. Our coffee has scored excellent in categories such as aroma, flavor, acidity, bitter and sweetness and has surpassed the score of specialty grade.
