White corn contains highly digestible vegetable protein and is said to have a higher sugar content than yellow corn. At the same time, white corn contains many useful substances such as calcium, chromium, magnesium, selenium, sulfur and vitamins.
White corn kernels are slightly softer and juicier than yellow corn. Because of its soft texture, white corn only needs to be boiled for a maximum of 8 minutes, better preserving its beneficial properties.
Albino corn is used in the same way as regular corn: it is boiled, baked, grilled, and made into flour and butter.
Our corn has a very good composition. Its grains contain a large amount of vitamins: PP, E, D, K, B1, B2. In addition, it contains valuable minerals: salts of potassium, calcium, phosphorus, iron and magnesium, as well as trace elements: nickel and copper.
