Payments conditions: The Full Payment at the Buyers destination Port, Against of Shipment Policy of Lading, Invoice, Origin Certificate, Insurance Certificate, SGS Inspection Certificate.
Delivery Terms: CIF, within 3 to 4 weeks.
Inspection: SGS.
Destination Port: Any safe port
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Seller sends draft contract to Buyer to fill in, signed and resends to Seller to countersign.
Buyer issues 100% Fully Funded Irrevocable, Operative, Non - Transferable, Assignable, Unconditionally, SBLC + MT 760 within five (5) working days after the contract is signed by both parties.
Payment method shall be via MT103 or T/T to Seller within five (5) working days after receipt, quality specification, satisfactory Q & Q, inspection report certificate at port of destination.
