The Pregelatinized Rice Flour Pregelatinized is a product from extruded rice grain polished and selected.Dried and Grinded.
Functional Features and Applications The rice flour has a smooth texture with cooking and white color. This product is hypoallergenic and is not toxic to people with celiac disease (which may be used as a substitute for wheat in the preparation of gluten-free products). The pregelatinized rice flour can be used for thickening and water retention without use of heat. Among their applications stand out creams for desserts, baby foods, prepared cold, breaded foods, stuffing burgers, mayonnaise, instant pudding, instant mixes milk and cookies.
