How is a smokelss fiberglass needled mat manufactured? And what is its feature? It undergoes a heating process in different stages to carbonize trace organic substances within the fiberglass wool. During the carbonization process, there may be a slight odor and smoke generated. After the baking process, the surface of the product can exhibit either a white or yellowish color, depending on the baking temperature. Compared to fiberglass wool that hasn't undergone baking, the baked fiberglass wool retains its original properties while eliminating the generation of smoke and odor when subjected to reheating between 200-500C. Why does an oven(home appliance) need ther thermal insulation(smokeless fiberglass needled mat, odorless fiberglass needled mat)? This odorless fiberglass needled mat is usually used as thermal insulation( liner or pad) for home appliances such as environmentally sensitive grills, ovens, disinfection cabinet, microwaves and other appliances, which are subject to strict environmental regulations.
