Compressors units (totally 4 pcs) are built by York Sabroe in 2002 and 2003 and they operate with R22 refrigerant. Two identical SAB 128 HF screw compressor units are built on a common base frame with an integrated horizontally mounted oil separators, oil circulation pumps and local operating panels. Common (for two compressors) plate type Freon / Glycol evaporator, internal glycol circulating pump and one large Freon buffer tank is also build on the same base frame. Delivery includes also evaporative condenser and LV / Control cabinet and external glycol circulating pump. Above described 2 x SAB 128 HF packages we have two for sale, one made in year 2002 and the other year 2003. Both packages are still installed and can be tested in mutually agreed time. Units have been in operation approx 6 years and 5 years and they are in very good condition. Head group is driven by the electrical motor via a v-belt and crank movement ensures a reciprocating movement of pistons. Piston creates a vacuum when lowering down from a top point. The vacuum created, opens the suction valve and ensures that air is filled into cylinder. When piston starts rising again, the suction valve is closed and opens the valve on outflow line and thus starts the compression process. The compressed air passes over the pipe lines and reaches in the non-return valve. Non-return valve ensures that air receiver tank is filled without returning the air fed to the tank. Meanwhile, while piston compresses the air, it expands and heats up. The components which are heated via the fan blades in head group, blow the air sucked and thus ensure cooling.
