KMS 1400 New Generation Concrete Pipe Machine;
It produces Concrete Pipes from 300mm to 1400mm in line
with the demands of our customers, from minimum 1000mm to
maximum 2500mm in length in accordance with Iller Bank TSE
821 specification. It is manufactured in a way to make double
or triple production according to customer demands. Three molds for300mm Concrete Pipe, two molds for
400, 500, 600mm Concrete Pipes and one mold for other
diameters can be connected at the same time.
â?¢ Molds and Pallets with Integrated Gasket or Drop Section
Gasket are produced in line with the demands from Ã??300mm
to Ã??1400mm.
â?¢ It provides the possibility of mass production from �?300mm
to Ã??1400mm without crane, it produces 2 times more than the
system with crane.
Vibration system of the machine is with liquid oil closed
circulation system. Automatic lubrication system is activated
with machine operation. SKF or FAG bearings resistant to high
cycles and heat are used in the vibrator.
Pallets; It is produced on CNC lathes according to its
dimensions and by pressing method.
Manufactured Concrete Pipes are transported to the Drying
area by Forklift.
KMS 800 Triple System Concrete Pipe Machine;
It produces Concrete Pipes between 150mm and 800mm in
minimum 1000mm and maximum 2000mm lengths in
accordance with Seller Bank TSE 821 specification.
Three molds for 150mm and 200mm Concrete Pipes, two
molds for 300mm Concrete Pipes and one mold for other
diameters can be connected at the same time.

Packing: Length of rolls can be done from 5meters up to 25meters. This depends on the height of the fence and the diameter of the wire. The bigger the height and diameter of wire the lesser the length per roll to avoid rolls being too heavy to handle.
