KMS 800 Triple System Concrete Pipe Machine;
It produces Concrete Pipes between 150mm and 800mm in
minimum 1000mm and maximum 2000mm lengths in
accordance with Seller Bank TSE 821 specification.
Three molds for 150mm and 200mm Concrete Pipes, two
molds for 300mm Concrete Pipes and one mold for other
diameters can be connected at the same time.
Molds and Pallets with Integrated Gasket or Drop Section
Gasket are produced in line with the demands from Ã??150mm
to 800mm. Vibration system of the machine is with liquid oil closed
circulation system. Automatic lubrication system is activated
with machine operation. SKF or FAG bearings resistant to
high cycles and heat are used in the vibrator. â?¢ Pallets; It is
produced on CNC lathes according to its dimensions and by
pressing method.
Manufactured Concrete Pipes are transported by forklift
and shipped to the Drying area.
