The cores are cut at 45 degrees while uniform pressing, stiffness and solidity of the columns assure a low noise emission. The hv windings, coaxial to the column of the core, are obtained using electrolytic aluminum or copper strips insulated in f class, impregnated to a vacuum system with oven-dried in class f, a high level of cementation which provides the coils a very good isolation and mechanical seal. The lv windings are generally made from electrolytic aluminum or copper foils having class f inter-turn pre-impregnated film insulated and then oven dried.
