The Shear Relief Valve consists of stem, body, box, cut pin and shroud. The mud pressure acts on the lower end of the valve body, and the valve body is subjected to an upward thrust, which is cut by the stem to cut the cut. When the thrust is such that the shearing stress received by the shearing pin is greater than the shear strength limit of the shearing material, the shearing pin is cut. When the diameter of the piston is determined, different mud pressures can be controlled by the different diameters of the shearing pins. Therefore, in the construction, as long as the construction technology requirements, to determine the mud pressure, the different diameter of the shear pin can be inserted into the corresponding hole.
