Mud Pump Piston
Mud Pump Piston assembly is the important spare parts and expendable parts of oil drilling mud pumps.
Mud Pump Pistons are made of high hardness alloy steel, and they are wear-resistant, anti-corrosive and anti-distortion after heat treatment. The seal of the piston can be made of polyurethane, polyether material and it can be also made of thiakol rubber.

Horizontal Hole openers, also known as HDD reamer, are used to enlarge the diameter of a pre-drilled hole. They are custom built to specification, and come in a wide variety of sizes.
HDD is used when trenching and excavating is not practical. This drilling technology allows for a steerable trenchless way to drill underground. There are three stages, the first stage is to drill a small diameter pilot hole. The second stage is enlarge the hole with a larger diameter cutting tool called an HDD Reamer, Rock Reamer or Hole Opener. The third stage is inserting the casing pipe or other product into the enlarged hole.

Shear ram is composed of upper ram body ,lower ram body, top seal,right seal, left seal and tool face seal. Tool face seal is placed in th front slot of the upper ram body,with right seal and left seal on the both sides. The shear ram is installed in the BOP in the same manner sa the common ram.but need to replace tha hanger pf the main piston to hunger. otherwise it will not be used.

The lightweight Lubricators enable the wireline tool string to be introduced or retrieved from a well bore under pressure. The lubricator can be used singly also can use multiply according to the requirement of the oilfield operation, but the seal control head always be assembled on the top of the lubricator. Single Lubricator is 0.8-3 meter, the number of lubricator and total length could be decided by operation. Titanium alloy Lubricator is much better quality and lightweight than normal steel materials.
The lightweight Lubricators usually consists of four basic parts: a quick union collar, a male quick union, a lubricator tube, and a female quick union.

Blowout preventer (BOP)
BOP is shut in the well for oil testing, workover, well completion and operating process to prevent the blowout accident, totally enclosed and semi-closed two functions into one, has a simple structure, easy to operate, resistant to high-pressure characteristics is used to prevent blowouts safety oilfield sealing wellhead.
Oil drilling, installed at the wellhead casing head, used to control the high pressure oil, gas, water blowout. Wells of oil and gas pressure is high, the BOP can be the wellhead closed (shut). The shutter has four, alternatively bullied invaded mud, increasing the pressure of the borehole fluid column, so as to suppress the high-pressure oil and gas discharged from the drill pipe is pressed into the heavy mud.
Its type sub-ordinary blowout preventer, of universal blowout preventers and rotating blowout preventer. Ordinary BOP ram with full-and semi-closure, full closure type blowout preventer can seal the entire wellhead; semi-sealed shut wellhead annular cross-section of drill pipe exists. Universal BOP can start in case of emergency to cope with any size drill and empty wells.
