Product features
Styrene-butadiene rubber powder asphalt modifier, which is polymerized by styrene and butadiene at low temperature (5) and it is born by the characteristics of waterproof rolling material and non-curing waterproof coating.
When mixed the bituminous waterproofing roll with XY-5 styrene butadiene rubber powder, because of the active functional groups of powdered styrene butadiene rubber itself, it makes waterproof material to produce a special activity, making the material in the solidification process of Portland cement, with silicate cement of chemical compounds, producing chemical combination, forming a strong cohesive force and improving the waterproof materials and cement bond. At the same time, powdered styrene butadiene rubber can also greatly improve the performance of low temperature and tensile properties of the waterproof materials.

Why the silicone pad did not absorb ink?
Any silicone pad or liquid silicone rubber could absorb ink well. If large patterns or big letters need to print, the printing pad can absorb ink well. For small letters, please do not use hard silicone pad, as it can not absorb the printing ink thoroughly from the steel plate.

Why is the silicone mold oily?
The molding silicone rubber itself doesn't contain any oil, so it won't be oily. If the mold is oily, it may because you add compound silicone oil which is the compound of silicone oil and white oil. But the white oil is not silicone oil but a kind of petrochemicals.

How to use
1.Mixed a with baccording to mixing ratio of 1:1 through the static mixer, then injecting the mixed rubber into the mold through the injection machine, the rubber mustbe full filled (hand-mixing isfeasible, poured into the mold for molding)
2.Recommended molding conditions: 140¡ãc/40-60s (thickness 2mm).
3.Test and determine the specific conditions of molding according to the thickness orsize of product

Step one: take 100g of part a and add 2g of part b then mix them evenly.
Step two: vacuum pumping
The time for vacuum-pumping should be 3a5 minutes , otherwise once the silicone rubber has cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.
Step three: pouring the mixture into the frame with original gypsum mold slowly .

Technical guidelines
1. Pls put part a and b in separate container and stir evenly before mixing the two
Parts together.
2. Mixing ratio part a:part b is 10:1
3. Bubble release if necessary, deaeration the mixture under 0.08 mpa for 3 minutes.
4. Hy-215# is cured at room temperature, so pls put it under room temperature after
Pouring. It comes to next process when basically cured, and it takes about 24 hours

5, addition cure silicone rubebr has two-component, the component a and component b, please pay attention to clean the component a containers before using for the component b, and vice versa
6, in order to avoid the hardness change, we should mix the component a and component b according to its mixing ratio strictly, no atter its 1 : 1 or 10 : 1.
