Drying Process - electrical Drying
Firstly cut off the top and bottom part, then trim away the rough exterior skin. Now cut into slices that are to inch thick and remove the core in between. If dehydrating in a rack, set it at 58C for 10-18 hours or in the oven at 94C for 8-10 hours.
