Diammonium phosphate (DAP) is the world s most widely used phosphorus fertilizer. It' s made from two common constituents in the fertilizer industry, and its relatively high nutrient content and excellent physical properties make it a popular choice in farming and other industries. The standard nutrient grade of DAP is relatively high, at 18-46-0, so fertilizer products with lower nutrient content may not be labeled DAP.
Usage - agriculture. Chemical formula - (NH4)2HP04. Form - granules. Colour - brown / dark brown. Diammonium phosphate is a highly concentrated granular complex nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer. Produced by neutralizing phosphoric acid with ammonia. Diammonium phosphate is a highly effective fertilizer used on all types of soils for the main and pre-sowing application for all crops. The product is used in spring or for plowing the soil, as well as for top dressing during the growing season.

DAP is the most concentrated phosphate-based fertilizer. It is perfect for any agricultural crop to provide phosphorus nutrition throughout crop growth and development, as well as starter dose of nitrogen and lower sulphur. It can be applied in autumn for tilling and in spring during sowing, as well as pre sowing cultivation. Dissolving in soil, it provides temporary alkalization of pH of the soil solution around the fertilizer granule, thus stimulating better uptake of phosphorus from the fertilizers on acid soils. Fertilizer's sulphur also contributes to the better intake of nitrogen and phosphorus by plants. Packing: 25kg bags, 50kg bags, 1200kg jumbo bags, and customer's marking bags. Handling and Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from moisture, heat. Protect the materials from the sun or rain during transportation. Our DAP Fertilizer helps in growth and development of the plants as well as acts as a low sulphur and high nitrogen dose
DAP fertilizer (diamophos) is a mixed inorganic fertilizer and has a relatively high price compared to other inorganic fertilizers.Mixed fertilizers are fertilizers created by mixing 2 or more single fertilizers together mechanically and regularly. Synthetic fertilizers as well as mixed fertilizers have NPK ratios in different combinations selected to suit each soil type and each crop group. In many cases, synthetic fertilizers as well as mixed fertilizers also contain elements of Mg, Ca, S and other trace elements. Diammonium phosphate (DAP) is a widely used fertilizer that provides a high concentration of phosphorus and nitrogen nutrients. It is composed of two ammonium ions and one phosphate ion. DAP is a water-soluble salt and is often used in agricultural settings to enhance plant growth. Here are some key points about diammonium phosphate: Nutrient Composition: Diammonium phosphate is a good source of both nitrogen and phosphorus, with nitrogen content in the ammonium form and phosphorus in the phosphate form. The nitrogen in DAP is readily available for plants, while phosphorus is essential for root development, flowering, and fruiting. Solubility: Diammonium phosphate is highly water-soluble, making it easy to apply as a liquid fertilizer or to dissolve in irrigation systems. pH and Acidity: DAP tends to be slightly acidic, which can contribute to lowering the pH of the soil over time. It is essential to monitor soil pH when using fertilizers to prevent overly acidic conditions. Application: DAP is commonly used as a dry granular fertilizer that can be broadcast on the soil surface. It can also be dissolved in water and applied as a liquid fertilizer through irrigation systems, providing quick nutrient availability to plants. Uses: Diammonium phosphate is suitable for a variety of crops, including grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes. It is often used during the early stages of plant growth to promote root development. Storage: DAP should be stored in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture absorption and caking. Safety Considerations: When handling DAP, it's important to follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment to prevent skin or eye contact and inhalation. Compatibility: Diammonium phosphate is compatible with many other fertilizers and can be used in combination with them to provide a broader spectrum of nutrients. Environmental Impact: Like other fertilizers, the application of DAP should be done responsibly to minimize environmental impact, such as nutrient runoff into water bodies.

DAP is the most widely used phosphate fertilizer among growers today. It is manufactured by reacting phosphoric acid and ammonia and contains two ammonia molecules. In alkaline soil conditions, one of the ammonia molecules in DAP will revert to ammonia, making it an excellent fit for low pH or alkaline soil. DAP itself is alkaline with a high pH, exceeding 7.5. Nutrients include P2O5 (46%) and ammoniacal nitrogen (18%). DAP provides the correct proportion of phosphate and nitrogen needed for farming wheat, barley and vegetables. It is also applied in the early stage of fruit orchard fertilization.
