Power - Master Jib Cranes deigned & manufactured in accordance to IS: 807 & IS: 3177 are Wall mounted or Pillar type and fully floating on bearings with swivel facility up to 360¦. Self aligned type double roller thrust bearings take care of horizontal, vertical and radial thrust loads.
Jib cranes are available in lifting capacities ranging from 250 Kgs to 7500 Kgs and arm radius upto 5 mtrs. for the required application.
Jib arm is fabricated from heavy section I-Beam or of triangular truss construction to keep the deflection in acceptable limits. Jib arm is suitable to accommodate trolley with chain pulley block for manual travel and lifting operations or electric wire rope hoist for electric operations.
This timber crane arm is outward folding structure, installed on all kinds of single model for timber and log transport vehicles. The crane has simple structure, small size, large torque, high strength, and strong operating performance. It can achieve the purpose of quick loading and unloading timber. Hydraulic grabs and other components can use imported configuration. New products series also developed a remote control and industrial wireless control for optional, which improves the safety of personnel.
