Once both parties have reviewed the SPA, it will be signed after which the Buyer or Buyers representative should travel to the DRC to view the goods and confirm, after which, the Buyer will transfer the 10% Advance Payment and Open the MT- 700, which will then be confirmed by the Sellers Bank iv.) Seller arranges and delivers the whole consignment to Durban, SOUTH AFRICA, where the cargo will then proceed to the Port of Loading and issuance Bill of Lading will be done and onwards to Port of Destination. and Quantitative Inspection done at the Port. v.)
