All requires skill and attention in order to preserve the quality sap from overcooking or other mishandling, selecting through quality assessment of the liquid sap, drying, selecting again, packing, and delivery.
We have our own farmer who controlled by our own Internal Control System Team, we also visited by Control Union staff frequently. Every each batch of production is using a production and organic code. Then we can tracking every quality of our product even from our farmers tree. Depending on the fat content, our desiccated coconut is available in High Fat (Medium and Fine grains) and Low Fat (Extra Fine and Fine grains).
Coconut sugar is naturally produced from the sap of the flower buds of coconut palm trees. The sap is heated until the water is fully evaporated, leaving golden-brown sugar granules that can be infused into sweets, smoothies, cookies, curries and cake as natural sweeteners.
