Descriptions:
In the spray pretreatment process, there is a sequential arrangement of spray zones in a tunnel according to the designed chemical process. The tunnel is mounted on tanks of the chemicals from where the chemicals are pumped up to the spray zones and sprayed onto the articles through nozzles. Each process zone is followed by a drain zone to avoid carryover of the sprayed chemical in the next process zone. The sprayed chemical is recollected into the tanks through the funnels provided in each zone of the tunnel.
Spray pretreatment are suitable for midium or high production volume with overhead or power & free conveyors depending upon the workpiece size, shape & weight. We offer different type of spray pretreatment plants for zinc, iron, nano ceramic conversion coatings depending upon the material of construction of workpiece treated.
We offer spray pretreatment plants made of complete stainless steel or ms or combination of ss & ms spray tunnels along with direct or indirect heating system, vertical pump for high transfer efficiency, easy clip on nozzles with pp revolving tip to adjust nozzle spray, frp catwalk with door for easy maintenance.
