Chia seed is the seed of Euryale Salvia Hispanica L. Origin is North America, such as southern Mexico and Guatemala. It is 2-2.5mm long, 1.21-1.5mm wide and 0.75-0.85 thick, displayed ellipse smooth surface, color from beige to dark brown, with marble lines on the surface.
