We are China biggest oxidized polyethylene wax manufacturer with capacity 15,000MT per year,we have been in production of OPE wax more than 20 years. With the high and stable quality, currently we have taken China biggest market share in pvc foam board,WPC,SPC and pvc stabilizer. We also have taken India 1st market share since 2017 which could be seen from the India custom data. We have advantages in high density oxidized polyethylene wax , Our OA series OPE wax can completely replace Honeywell and BASF products with more competitive price widely used in the PVC products and PVC stabilizer industry. We have also established long-term cooperation with international stabilizer manufacturers such as Baerlocher and Sunace in some advantage products like OA716 which has high melt point and good fusion,it can be used in most pvc products to replace Honeywell AC316. OA719 which has high viscosity and high melt point to replace Honeywell AC307,with the highest viscosity it take good dispersivity in high filler formulation and promote good fusion to have better surface in pvc products. OA316A+ our R&D work out the advantage catalyst same as A-C 316A, it is the only grade in the market could totally replace Honeywell A-C 316A in most application like PVC products, PVC foam board, calcium zinc stabilizer, PVC stabilizer, color masterbatch, coating, cable, emulsion , printing, dyeing and textile, asphalt modification, etc.

GENERAL PROCESSING AID General processing aid is mainly used to promote PVC compound's fusion. lt can be widely used in PVC profile, Pvc pipes and pipe fitting, Pvc foaming products, SPC flooring, stone-plastic wall panel, thin PVC film, WPC and so on.
PVC IMPACT MODIFIER(AIM) * Acrylic impact modifier is special core-shell type of copolymer. lt can enhance products impact strength under low temperature. * lts core is the lightly crosslinked acrylic ester copolymer, which can transfer external impact energy into heat; its shell is MMA copolymer, which has good compatibility with Pvc. Our products also has good processability, and endow the products with excellent glossiness and weatherability.
PVC FOAMING REGULATOR * Our PVC foaming regulator is a new developed foaming regulator. lt is a kind of acrylic processing aid, which has all functions of common acrylic processing aid, but it has higher molecular weight and excellent melt strength. * lt's high foaming efficiency enable converters to meet the most demanding requirements in foam core pipes and foam profile formulations using lower addition levels.
FEP (polyperfluorinated ethylene-propylene) is a fluorine plastic that can be processed by melting. FEP can be used in applications where the enhanced characteristics and temperature ratings of PFA are not required. FEP fluoroplastics are processed by conventional melt extrusion techniques as well as injection, compression, transfer and blow molding processes. FEP fluoroplastics are ideal for wire coating and molding a variety of end-use items and components. FEP offers the perfect combination of all fluoroplastic properties; Wide operating temperature range, excellent dielectric and electrical properties, low friction coefficient, low flammability and chemical resistance. FEP has a temperature range of up to 200°C (392°F).
FEP is a copolymer of TFE and HFP. It retains most of the desirable properties of PTFE, but the melt viscosity is low enough for conventional melt processing, and the melting point of FEP is 260 ° C, while the first melting point of PTFE is 340 ° C. The continuous operating temperature of FEP is 205â??, while that of PTFE is 260 FEP resins are available in a variety of grades to meet a variety of processing and end-use requirements. Different grades of FEP differ mainly in terms of molecular weight, but they all have the same use temperature, electrical properties, and chemical resistance. With the increase of molecular weight and melt viscosity, the mechanical properties and pressure cracking resistance also increase. However, these improvements come at the cost of processing difficulty and processing speed. Everflon offers improved grades that provide a better combination of pressure cracking resistance and processing speed
JINT-502 is redispersible polymer powder with high bonding strength for dry mix mortars. It could be used in wall putty, tile adhesive and EIFS. Provide excellent bonding strength in applications.
EverFlon ®PTFE Dispersion Fine Powder F500 is a soft white polymer made from a water-based dispersion of PTFE. These fine powders have the lowest coefficient of friction, highest heat resistance, chemical resistance, electrical properties and non-stick properties of all fluoropolymers. It has the unique ability to shear a lubricating paste by extruding it into a bonded fiber matrix with useful structural integrity. EverFlon ®PTFE F500 is designed for machining at medium and high pressure rates from 100:1 to 600:1. It is particularly suitable for the production of high quality tubes, spiral tubes and wire coatings. This grade is also well suited for post-processing techniques such as flanging, welding, blow molding and turning. Processing suggestion EverFlon ®PTFE F500 is extruded using liquid processing AIDS such as naphtha. During the paste extrusion process, the powder is mixed with a lubricating agent and then compressed under light pressure (1.5-2.0 MPa[220-290 psi]) into a cylindrical pre-formed bad material. The preformed blank is placed into the barrel of the paste extruder, where the composition is passed through a finishing die under high pressure to produce foaming, tubing or wire coating. After extrusion, the product has a low density but coherent fiber structure. PTFE F500 is usually processed under heat in a step-by-step process into solid resin products, such as tubes. Heating is carried out in two steps, either simultaneously with extrusion or separately. Usually the lubricant must be removed first by heating in a temperature range of 100-300°C(212-572°F). A sintering step is then performed to melt the resin above its melting point of approximately 342°(648°F) and produce a non-porous solid PTFE resin.
