EV charging cable usually refers to Mode 3 cable, which plugs into a wall box or charging station for an AC charge. It does not include an inner-cable control box, instead, it has two plugs at both ends, one for connecting into the electric vehicle and the other for an EV charger. Consumers are often required to bring their own Mode 3 cable to use public AC charging stations

There are mainly two categories of charging cables, Type 1 to Type 2 and Type 2 to Type 2. provides both. What are PTC thermistors made of?
Most PTC thermistors are made from doped polycrystalline ceramic (containing barium titanate (BaTiO3) and other compounds) which have the property that their resistance rises suddenly at a certain critical temperature. Barium titanate is ferroelectric and its dielectric constant varies with temperature.

This is a property of a Negative Temperature Coefficient resistor (NTC ).

There are also thermistors that have Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC for short) which means as the temperature increases, the resistance increases. However, PTC thermistors have a sort of tipping point and greatly change the resistance at some temperature. This makes the PTC thermistor a little harder to interface with. For this reason, for most low-cost temperature measurement, NTC thermistors are preferred.

For the remainder of the article, you can assume we'll be referring to NTC type thermistors.

Knowing the temperature in a project can a very useful piece of data to have handy. Knowledge of temperature can help regulate room temperature for a comfortable environment, ensure that a 3D printer bed is hot enough for materials like ABS to stick to its surface, prevent engine overheating, and keep food from being burnt.

Principle outline
Zero power consumption sensor wg112 ( it also be called wiegand sensor) is a kind of new type magnetic component that is made based on wiegand effect. It can initiative generate energy, no need external power when it works. It can give a sharp voltage pulse signal. The sensor consists of a special processed alloy wire and induction coil which winds on the outside of wire , framework and pins etc.
The alloy wire owns double magnetic structure, its core is soft magnet, and the shell is hard magnet. To utilize the magnetic difference between the alloy wire, s inside and outside, under excitation by suitable strength of alternating magnetic field, the core magnetization direction everted in a moment, the direction became same or opposite with that of shell, and make the magnetic field around alloy wire changed suddenly, then a group of positive and negative pulse generated in the induction coil. The pulse amplitude is only regard with strength of the excitation field, and it has nothing to do with the field changing speed. It realized , zero speed counting detection.

The sensor will pass linear area /nonlinear area/ saturation area during the magnetic induction increases. When there is no magnetic field that applies in sensor (b=0), when the output voltage of sensor is only half of vcc (vcc/2); when n pole faces mark surface of sensor, and be closed to it gradualy (b-, the output voltage begins to decrease, and the voltage doesnt reduce with the increased magnetic field; when the s pole of magnet faces the mark surface of the sensor and is closed to sensor gradualy b+, the output voltage of sensor begins to increase, and it doesnt increase with the increased magnetic field after it reaches saturation voltage.
