Oil refining means separating impurity from oil based on the different characteristics of oil and impurity, in order to enhance the stability and security of oil.
Technological process details of crude oil refinery for sale:
1. Acid reaction process
Oil temperature can be adjusted by screw plate heat exchanger. When the temperature is heated to about 80??, mixing about 85% food grade phosphoric acid into acid reaction tank for reacting. In the tank, most non-hydrated phospholipid transfer into hydrated phospholipid.
2. Neutralization process
In the neutral section, degummed oil with appropriate temperature and the appropriate concentration of alkali liquor, into the neutralization centrifugal mixer mixing, in order to achieve the best effect of mixed, the mixture is then sent to neutralization tank for enough time, in this process, excessive alkali neutralization of free fatty acids and some phosphate form soapstock , after pumping oil soap mixture into heater oil heating to 85 ~ 90 ?? in centrifuge separation oil - soap (or oil - glue). Oil soapstock of the separated (or foot) feet into the oil tank, and then to the salting out with soap pump tank isolated part of the oil.
3.Bleaching process
The main purpose of this procedure is to remove the pigments and residual soup in the neutralization oil of the crude oil. The oil is sent to vacuum bleaching tower after heated to 105�C. When the oil is sent into the tower, it is mixed by the ratio mixer with carclazyte whose dosing was control by a program controller and the dosing unit is installed on the ratio mixer directly. The carclazyte conveyor system power is the wind and the bleaching earth was conveyed to the carclazyte temporary storage tank in the upper part of the bleaching tower to supply the ratio mixer.
4. Filteration
Miscella mixed by oil and clay from decolorization tower is pumped into bleaching tower, then enters fine filter, in which clay and fixed impurities is blocked. And the filtering substance (bleached oil) is transferred into storage tank of bleached oil. There are two bleaching filters in this system, one of the bleaching filter is always in the state of filtering, another is in the state of emptying and cleaning state.
5.Deodorization process
Deodorization process aims to remove the FFA, low molecular compounds and others existing in bleached oil. The flow of bleached oil entering deodorization process is controlled by a flow controller, and the oil is heated to the deodorization temperature of 250-260?? through a series of heat exchanger.

without the written consent of the parties
2) Buyer's bank gives RWA by email to Seller's bank stating their readiness to give
MT799 CASH BLOCKED FUNDS on behalf of buyer valid for 366days to Seller's bank.
{bank must be one of the top prime 50 banks in the world}.

3) Seller's bank responds to email RWA confirming their readiness to receive Buyer's
bank 366 days MT799 CASH BLOCKED FUNDS and also states commitment that
2%PB will be given to Buyer's bank.
4) Buyer's bank issues valid CASH BLOCKED FUNDS to Seller's bank via swift MT799.
5) Seller's bank validates and issues 2%PB to buyer's bank by swift MT760 SBLC.
6) Buyer provides destination Port / Tank farm Information to Seller. Seller instructs his
Ship Master to send NOR/ETA to Buyers Port of discharge.
7) Captain open communication via sat com with buyer's shipping agent, loaded
vessel will sail to Buyers Discharge Port.
8) Seller authorizes vessel captain to give shipping agents all relevant documents
for clearing into the Port.
9) Sellers' Vessel Captain issues Authority to Board (ATB) to enable Buyer's
independent inspection to board the loaded vessel for Quality and Quantity(Q&Q)
analysis at Buyers discharge port.
10) After confirmation of the Q&Q, Seller provides invoice on Q&Q Report
conducted at discharge and issues the complete shipping documents to the
Buyers Bank in the Buyers name in exchange for payment to enable the Buyer
process the cash payment for the cargo after discharge in the Buyers farm tank.
11) The vessel discharges cargo at agreed Destination Port.
12) Upon complete discharge of cargo, Buyer's bank within 48hrs, pays via wire
transfer for the entire cargo to Seller's authorized beneficiary nominated bank
accounts & commission agents as stipulated in the IMFPA in this contract, which is
based on the total out turned barrels presented in the last Q&Q Inspection in
buyers discharge port.

During June 21-30, 2020, CISA member steel manufacturers produced 21.4215 million tons of crude steel, 19.1516 million tons of pig iron, 21.3362 million tons of steel products and 3.3089 million tons of coke.
Daily output of crude steel at CISA member steel manufacturers was 2.1421 million tons, down 0.01% from the daily output during June 11-20, 2020; daily output of pig iron was 1.9152 million tons, up 0.2% from the daily output during June 11-20, 2020; daily output of steel products was 2.1336 million tons, up 2.79% from the daily output during June 11-20, 2020.
