Grading of cardamoms are done based on its size(thickness) and color. We have categorized it into a standard 10 grades. 5 in fine grade and other 5 in mixed grade. In fine grade we filter out 86% to 93% of split, sick and the fruit pods making it much cleaner in appearance.
The usage of 'BOLD' in the grade name means this grade includes all the pods having sizes above the mentioned size.
