Medium duty, cast iron body, self-alignment with anti-rotation design. eccentric lock collar with set screw. Factory lubricated with additional grease fitting installed.
Eccentric lock collars are superior to standard set screw collar in that it has two areas in which to guarantee a firm hold on the shaft; that is the eccentric lock of the collar to the shoulder of the bearing and secondly the set screw lock down.
Single (SSC) and Double (DSC) Split Shaft Collars are versatile components used to secure and position shafts in mechanical systems. They come in split designs, which allow for easy installation and adjustment.
Single Split Shaft Collars (SSC) and Double Split Shaft Collars (DSC) are precision-engineered mechanical components designed to securely position, locate, and hold shafts without causing damage. Manufactured from premium carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, these collars provide superior clamping force, excellent concentricity, and easy installation. The split design allows quick assembly and removal without disassembling surrounding equipment, reducing maintenance time and operational costs. Widely used in industrial machinery, automation systems, conveyors, packaging equipment, and power transmission applications, these shaft collars offer exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance under demanding operating conditions across various manufacturing industries.
RC ball bearings are high-precision ball bearings used in radio-controlled (RC) vehicles, such as cars, trucks, boats, and drones. They are designed to reduce friction between rotating parts, increase efficiency, and improve the performance and durability of the vehicle's moving components.
An automotive bearing is a mechanical component used in vehicles to reduce friction between moving parts, support loads, and enable smooth rotation of components. Bearings are critical in almost every rotating assembly in a vehicle, from the wheels to the engine and drivetrain
Truck bearings are components that allow the wheels, axles, or other rotating parts of a truck to spin smoothly under heavy loads. Because trucks carry more weight, their bearings are larger, stronger, and often more complex than car bearings
Wheel bearings are metal components that allow your wheels to spin smoothly while supporting the weight of the vehicle. They are critical for safety, handling, and performance
A ball bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation between the bearing races.
The purpose of a ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. It achieves this by using at least two races to contain the balls and transmit the loads through the balls. In most applications, one race is stationary and the other is attached to the rotating assembly (e.g., a hub or shaft). As one of the bearing races rotates it causes the balls to rotate as well. Because the balls are rolling they have a much lower coefficient of friction than if two flat surfaces were sliding against each other.
Ball bearings tend to have lower load capacity for their size than other kinds of rolling-element bearings due to the smaller contact area between the balls and races. However, they can tolerate some misalignment of the inner and outer races.
