Basmati rice is a kind of long-grain aromatic rice. It is known for its fragrance and its flavor. The biggest producers of Basmati rice are India. 1121 Steam Basmati Rice: Not fully cooked, Just steamed for some specific time limit and dried. This Rice is processed through steaming, and offers long, clean, and aromatic grains. Also it takes very less time to cook. The steaming process includes passing steam through the paddy grains, then removing of Paddy layers while drying them out. Through this process, the rice grain stays white, while its surface becomes harder to give it strength to not get broken and cracked upon cooking.

Basmati rice has been cultivated for thousands of years in the foothills of the Himalayas. Today, itâ's a staple in many Indian dishes and is enjoyed all around the world. Basmati rice comes in two varieties, white and brown. Both have a nutty taste and a distinct smell. White basmati, however, is more processed. The hull, bran, and germ are all removed. With brown basmati, only the hull gets removed. Both types make for a delicious and healthy addition to your diet
