1010 Long grain variety is not very common worldwide. Some specific markets like in MENA region they are very specific to length of rice and golden color. 1010 rice is the most suitable product for them. This is very long and thin. When we make it golden color, it looks like Basmati Rice. It cooks hard and non-sticky rice.
