The banana powder produced is fully dehydrated , beige in colour with and aroma typical of bananas. This powder/flour has a long self life of up to one year. It is gluten free and is a rich source of dietary fiber , potassium, magnesium, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin A , vitamin E and vitamin K as well as various amino acids.
