For the production of this product it is used as a type of clarified butter. The butter is melted in a pot where the black truffle is added, it is then filled in a jar in a slow cooling room temperature. At this point the jars are closed with capsules with a vacuum system and subsequent autoclaving. After sterilization follows the Weight Control and subsequent labeling.
