Product Properties 1) Shape:Boring a hole in the center of a ball and the embosseds which covering on the spherical surface are uniform distribution on both sides of the rib reinforcement.The embosseds total area covering on the spherical surface is make up 50% percent of the area of a sphere,and each embossed volume is make up 1% percent of the volume of a total volume. 2) Comparing with inert ceramic ball&ceramic ball with holes and high alumina ball at the same operation conditions, both the specific surface area and free volume for pineapple ball are increased a lot,decrease the resistance of the system, it can improve the distribution of vapor-liquid separation,protect the catalyst from shocking by rushing fluids. 3) The processed by the strict formula ,molding and firing. With stable chemical specialties and a low rate of water absorption, Mohí»s hardness is up to 7 scal, it can resist high temperature and high pressure. 4) Comparing with inert ceramic ball&ceramic ball with holes and high alumina ball at the same operation conditions,the bulk dentisy is lower 200~900Kg per cubic meter. The shape, finish and the hardness of materials must be improved in order to reduce the friction because of the wire sliding in the surface of the ceramic rings. We select the 99% Al2O3 as material with the hardness more than HRa88 , the density of 3.85 and the ultra-precision polish degree Ra0.2. The ceramic ring is used in the less pressure (lower friction) place. In order to reduce the cost, according to the requirement, we will divide the polish degree in to rough polishing process (Ra 0.8), precision polish (Ra 0.4) and the ultra-precision polish (Ra0.2). At the same time, it has also been divided into single-and double-side ultra-precision polish.
