We select the 99% Al2O3 as material with the hardness more than HRa88 , the density of 3.85 and the ultra-precision polish degree Ra0.2.
The ceramic ring is used in the less pressure (lower friction) place. In order to reduce the cost, according to the requirement, we will divide the polish degree in to rough polishing process (Ra 0.8), precision polish (Ra 0.4) and the ultra-precision polish (Ra0.2).
