Introduction: The coco peat is extracted from the shell of the coconut consisting of the coir fiber and the coir dust. These are natural material used for many purposes from agriculture and industry. Advantages: - Help improve the fallow conditions as well as the calluses from the soil - Helps soil to retain more nutrients and retain moisture. - Helps increase soil ventilation -Furthermore, they will promote full root development and plant growth - Contains natural organic matter and is good for soil and plants - No harm to the environment.
----VIETNAM COCO PEAT MOSS--- Coconut peat is a multi-purpose development medium made from coconut husks. Coir shells are pre-washed, machine dried, sifted and free from sand and other contaminants such as animal and plant residues. Coconut peat is a very good alternative to traditional peat moss. The air is filled with porosity and high water holding capacity, making it an ideal growth medium for plants. It is 100% organic and environmentally friendly, free of pathogens and weeds. It has a pH of 5.8 - 6.8, EC level
Coco peat, also known as coir pith, is the fibrous material that is obtained from the outer husk of coconut shells. It is increasingly being used as a growing medium in horticulture and agriculture due to its many beneficial properties. Coco peat is high in nutrients and organic matter, improves soil structure, water retention, and provides aeration to the soil so it is widely used for Soil amendment, Seed starting, Hydroponics, Potting mix and Animal bedding.
Copra We make high-quality copra by drying fresh coconut meat (kernel) in hybrid solar dryers. With efficient and continuous drying technology, we can reduce the moisture content of fresh coconut kernels from around 50% to lower than 6% within 48 hours. This result can be achieved by utilizing solar energy during daylight and renewable energy from smokeless biomass burning all night long. Moisture content: maximum 6%, Free Fatty Acid content: maximum 0.5%, Green: 0%, Burnt: maximum 2%, Smoky: maximum 5%, Rubbery: maximum 5% We only pick mature coconut fruits for the drying process, coconut must be put in a dryer immediately after opening to prevent microbes such as fungus, mold, and bacteria to grow. We keep the temperature in the oven dryer between 60 to 70 degrees Celsius. We inspect the copra periodically during the drying process, any damaged copra should be removed from the oven dryer immediately.
Copra products is still needed throughout the world, it can have significant impact on price increases. We provide this Copra on an ongoing basis and can serve exports to your country. With quality packaging and production processes, making the products we sell have selling points that are not only economical but also safe. With our full support we help you become an importer of the products we sell.
COCO FIBER is a coarse fiber extracted from the fibrous outer shell of a coconut. The coir fiber is relatively water-proof and is one of few natural fibers resistant to damage by salt water. Coir fiber is used in floormats and doormats, automobile dashboard, brushes, sleeping mattresses, and for use in erosion control on river banks and hillsides as geotextile. Coir Fiber pads are sprayed with rubber latex which bonds the fibers together (rubberized coir) to be used as upholstery padding for the automobile industry in Europe. The material is also used for insulation and packaging. Specification : Moisture Content Maximum : 18 % Impurity Content : 5 % Length of coconut fiber : 5-10 cm Max 40 % and 10-20 cm Min 60 % Color : Light Brown Packaging : 85 Kg/Ball
Cocopeat blocks are considered an ideal growing medium. The cocopeat powder thus obtained is sieved, washed, dried and finally compressed into blocks. The blocks can be used for a wide range of planting requirements. Coir is known for its natural rooting hormones and anti-fungal properties. We also ensure secure packaging of the cocopeat blocks. Dry coconuts are just that; dry. The milk within the coconut hardens as it matures and becomes the copra, or meat, of the coconut. After a coconut is first cracked the moisture content of the meat is roughly 50 percent and it contains around 30-40% oil. After being dried by heat or the sun, the moisture content dips down to 4 or 5% and the oil content jumps to 36-70%. The resulting Dry coconut is off-white to white in color with a mild coconut flavor.
