Special features of Magnus film faced shuttering plywood are:
Magnus film faced shuttering plywood is most effective in RCC constructions.
It has a smooth mirror like superior finishing on both surfaces.
It saves up to 45% of cost compared to other similar products due to more
repetition during shuttering work.
Its cross laminated structure between face veneer, core veneer and the film
again enhances the strength of ply.
After using it as shuttering plywood for many times, it can be reÃ?used for
paneling, roofing, flooring, partitions etc.
Magnus futuristic LVL is an engineered wood product, manufactured by
compressing multiple layers of thin wood. These are much less likely than
conventional lumber to warp, twist, bow, or shrink due to its composite nature.
Being highly stable dimensionally, these products are used for headers, beams, and edge Âforming material. NowaÂdays, door and window frames where wood was used, is also replaced by LVL.
Application : Shuttering, supports,beams, header, edge forming door frame, window frames, construction with wood.

BEAMS are engineere wooden product which consists two flanges and one web beam. Flanges are purely light weight with high strength whereas web beams are made up of plywood or sandwich wood.

FIRE RETARDANT PLY FOR PREÂFABRICATED HOUSES AND BUILDINGS
Magnus plywood for prefabricated houses is the high strength and all
weather vagaries resistant plywood. It is made by hardwood species with single core veneer and using BWP grade E1 (Emission Level) standard adhesive for its internal bonding. It is suitable to human health due to free from formaldehyde emission. All the veneers are processed by jet type hot air dryers for its moisture equalization and uniform properties. This plywood is double pressed by cold and heating medium for high mechanical strength.
APPLICATIONS:
Useful for Prefabricated houses structural materials like roofs, walls, racks,
slabs, floorings, partitions, false ceilings, storage spaces etc.
