This machine will have hydraulic power pack with hydraulic cylinder. This cylinder will be mounted on a frame. The planetary mixer bowl will be brought under this frame and when you push the button locking cylinder will come down and lock the bowl, operate the proximity switch. Top cylinder will press the material. Viscous material will come out through gate valve which will be connected to a filling machine. We will supply motor with power pack and valve will be 230v normal with filling unit for high viscous material (4 kg) Filling machine will be connected to a pressing unit. Viscous material will flow through the valves to a cylinder. Because of the pressure in the material the cylinder will be pushed upwards up to the required quantity which will operate the proximity switch.
