Process Description of Construction waste & demolition sorting system:
The raw material of the construction waste is crushed through the feeder into the crusher, and the material after the crushing is sent by the belt (the iron is transported at the same time as the belt conveyor). The sieving station is sieved through the screening station. Four materials are 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-15mm,> 15mm(According to customer needs can change),Which 10-15mm, >15mm material in the material before the light material handling,> 31.5mm of the material from the new break into the closed loop.

Automatic Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine for Flat Metal Sheet

1. Welding Requirements:Â
To finish the flat metal sheet butt joint welding automatically. To guarantee the uniform surface forming and good appearance, the depth of fusion and width of fusing reach the welding requirement. It is easy to clamp and load. Adopts butt welding process, it requires one side welding both sides formation.Â
2. Equipment Composition
The machine is made up of gantry type working table, welding torch longitudinal moving mechanism, pneumatic clamping bar mechanism, loading and unloading table, fixture, conductivity mechanism, welding torch lifting, clamping and adjusting mechanism, electrical control system, welding power source and pneumatic system.Â
The welding torch is driven by air cylinder to move up and down to switch between preparation and welding station. It adopts push-wire feeding mode to ensure the wire feeding stability.Â
The torch can move up and down, left and right and angle fine adjustment. The welding torch forward and backward distance can be set according to the length of workpiece.Â
2) Pneumatic clamping bar mechanism
Pneumatic clamping bar mechanism is driven by air cylinder to press the workpiece evenly. The clamping bar head is made of copper plate. It will lift after finishing welding process, then unload workpiece.Â
3)Gantry type working table
The working table consists of fixed station, water cooling copper back clamping bar, up and down pneumatic positioning mechanism. The fixed station adopts welded bed. Base is welded by square tubes and steel plates.Â
The upper face machined and mounted with copper back clamping bar, which has a water cooling system to ensure the temperature of back clamping bar is not to high to affect the welding result. To realize the effect of one side welding and both sides formation.Â
Three pneumatic positioning air cylinders drive the positioning plate up and down to control the seam position. When the workpiece is positioned the length on the working table, the clamping bar presses the workpiece tightly, positioning air cylinders falls down and starts to weld.Â
3. Electrical system:Â
1. )Â It is controlled by imported PLC, with good stability, simple structure and easy maintenance.Â
2) Using Taiwan original touch screen as input and output interface, welding length, arcing igniting and arc ending time, welding current, welding voltage and welding speed can be all input through the interface.Â
3) Integrated control panel box. Control buttons, touch screen, welding specification are concentrated on one panel, it is easy to use and operate.Â
4 )Â Welding power source: It is chosen by customer.
Powder metallurgy is a manufacturing process where various powder metals such as stainless steel, brass, copper, iron and bronze are compressed and then sintered (heated) to increase adhesion between particles. Material blending allows for a certain amount of customization of material properties to produce desired characteristics suitable for a particular application.
The part is formed by compressing the powder metal, or blended metal powders, in accurately formed dies and punches in special types of hydraulic presses. The compressed pieces are then sintered in an atmosphere controlled furnace at high temperatures, causing the metal powder particles to be metallurgically bonded together. This remarkably greenand environmentally friendly process uses 99% of the material thats in the mold, producing harmless bi-products of nitrogen and hydrogen.
Optional operations include sizing or coining. Supplementary heat treatments may also be employed to increase material strength. Other optional finishing steps include milling & machining, grinding, drilling & tapping, reaming & other hole sizing, plating, and cu, plastic or oil impregnating. The result is high density parts comparable to wrought products of the sam e composition and surpassing plastic and die cast material properties. Lower density will, of course, result in lower physical properties; however, these parts can be used in filter or air flow applications.
