Construction waste & demolition sorting system
Construction waste & demolition sorting system convenient and quick to achieve the construction waste disposal. After the screening of the construction waste through a specific iron removal equipment to remove the iron material contained in the coarse and medium crushing, fine crushing equipment and processing, processed into a certain size of the recycled aggregate, and finally applied to the road stone Burning brick, cement blends and so on.

Applications of Construction waste & demolition sorting system:
Crushing and screening for concrete fragments, asphalt pieces, bricks, stones, wood, plastic, gypsum and mortar, steel and nonmetallic.

Input products: the mixture of construction waste, which is composed of road concrete blocks, asphalt concrete blocks, old building blocks, building site waste, etc.
Output products: Iron, steel, impurities, plastic and different sizes of stones and bricks. All sieving materials are finally used for roadbed stone, unburned bricks, cement admixtures and so on.
Capacity: 100 tons per ho ur to 800 tons per hour.

Machine pictures and processing chart of Construction waste & demolition sorting system:
Process Description of Construction waste & demolition sorting system:
The raw material of the construction waste is crushed through the feeder into the crusher, and the material after the crushing is sent by the belt (the iron is transported at the same time as the belt conveyor). The sieving station is sieved through the screening station. Four materials are 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-15mm,> 15mm(According to customer needs can change),Which 10-15mm, >15mm material in the material before the light material handling,> 31.5mm of the material from the new break into the closed loop.

Waste Specification:
European Classification: E46
EWC Code: 19.01.02
Basel Code: B10 10

The material is loose steel scrap processed through an incinerating plant for domestic waste followed by magnetic separation, fragmentized into pieces and consisting partly of tin coated steel cans.

At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form.
The stock appears heterogeneous and contains all kind of cut or dismantled steel parts such as sheets, bars, frames, wires, bolts and other iron/steel household residues.

The incinerated scrap is eventually oxidized, due to the thermal and cooling treatments, that the material has been submitted to. The burnt scrap also contains minor slag parts, ash and iron oxide, due to the recovery process.
Such components are inherent and adhere to the scrap surface. The total impurities, can be sorted, but not fully removed.

The consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radioactive contaminated, or any other explosive material in any form either used or otherwise.

The collected stock, is stored in open air, on cemented flooring.

Due to the scrap dimensions and the material conditions, this particular scrap, should be carefully evaluated first, by the end users, to confirm its adequate recovery ratio and its suitability to be re-melted in the electric arc furnace.

The Incinerated scrap or E46, is the by-product derived from the reprocessing of incinerated domestic waste.
After the combustion process, the furnace output (IBA Incinerator bottom ash) is firstly washed, magnetically separated and screened to separate any no ferrous material.

At a visual inspection, the material is fragmentized, with iron and steel parts, resulting partly cut or in shredded form.
