Based on special installation requirements, pumps of EVM(R) series are designed vertical, which allows to be used in pools. The pumps are of single casing structure, featuring in light weight, small volume, easy installation and maintenance, etc.
The wear parts of EVM Series are made of anti-abrasive alloy while that of EVR Series pump are anti-corrosive rubbers, which suits for delivering corrosive slurry with tiny particles.
Application
Series EVM(R) vertical pumps are used to handle corrosive and abrasive slurry of rough particles and high concentration. Series EVM(R) pumps can be used in mining, coal washery, power plant and other industrial sections.
Vertical centrifugal slurry pump structure
According to liquid level of pools, shaft length and suction pipe of different sizes are available. The pumps work with various speeds and ensure a long life, which meet the different requirements on hard transporting conditions. Based on of customers¡¯ requirements, optional mixing wheels are available, with which transport efficiency of vertical sump pump is greatly increased.
Material advantage
The major wear parts of a slurry pump are wet parts. Anti-abrasive materials are used by Excellence Pump to ensure wet parts a long lifetime.
The materials of wet parts used for EVM series is high chrome alloy KmTBCr26, and natural rubber or synthetic rubber for EVR series. KmTBCr26 is a wear resistant white iron that allows excellent performance under a condition of erosion. In order to meet different requirements, Excellence Pump Industry uses many other kinds of materials like EPDM, Hapalon, Hastealloy, CD4MCU, chloroprene rubber adhesive and other anti-abrasive material to replace high chrome alloy.
Seal Type
Except for long shaft vertical pump, seal and seal water are not required by heavy duty vertical pumps of EVM(R) series. Pumps could work normally even if insufficient suction volume.

Application and features:
Type ms, hs and hhs pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for handling abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, building material and other industrial departments etc. The pumps of this type also may be installed in multistage series.
The frame plates for type ms, hs pumps are made of interchangeable, hard metal or pressure moulded elastomer liners. The impellers are made of hard metal or pressure moulded elastomer liners. The frame plate liner and impeller for hhs pump are made of hard metal only.
The shaft seal for type ms, hs and hhs pumps is gland seal or centrifugal shaft seal. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45¡ã by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
Type vs and vsr pumps are vertical, centrifugal slurry pumps submerged in sump to work. They are designed for delivering abrasive, large particle and high density slurries. These pumps have no need of any shaft seal and sealing water. They can also be operated normally for insufficient suction duties.
Wet parts of type vs pump are made of abrasion-resistant metal.
All parts of type vsr pump immersed in liquid are lined with rubber outer liner. They are suited to transport non-edge angle abrasive slurry.
The type with¡°l¡±is a sump pump of extension shaft series, which is suited for the working condition of deeper level. The guide bearing construction is added to the pump on the basis of the standard pump, so the pump is with both more steady operation and wider application range, but flushing water should be attached to the guide bearing.

The features of this kind of slurry pump
The frame plates of this kind of slurry pump have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners. The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal. The frame plate liner and impeller for THM pump are adoptable of hard metal only.
Bearing assembly of this kind of slurry pump use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
