There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions. Thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. Basic technical process introduction of stone production line
Firstly, the stone from the mountain will be fed into the jaw crusher to be preliminary crushed. The finished product after be crushed thickly will be transported to the counter-attack crusher to be further crushed by the belt conveyor. Secondly, the stone after be crushed twice will be transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor and the different specification gravel will be screened by the vibrating screen to satisfy the customer request. The unqualified gravel returns to the counter-attack crusher by the belt conveyer to be crushed once again and forms the close up to complete the crushing work.
