Cocofiber / Coconut Fiber COLOR ; GOLDEN BROWN LENGTH FIBER 10-30CM MOIST :
Cocofiber or coco fiber is one of the products derived from processed coir or coconut fiber waste. This product is widely used as a planting medium, raw material for car seats, airplane seats, pillow stuffing, animal mats, pot crafts, brooms, and doormats.
usage : Industrial raw materials for spring bed, mattresses, sofas, pilows, car seats, carpets, ropes etc. Coconut fibre or coir, is a natural fibre extracted from the outer husk of coconut. Coir is the fibrous material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a coconut and used in products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes and mattresses. Coconut fiber has a high lignin content and thus a low cellulose content, as a result of which it is resilient, strong and highly durable. The remarkable lightness of the fibers is due to the cavities arising from the dried out sieve cells. The best grade fibers are light in color, gold-yellow (fiber from unripe coconuts) or brown (fiber from ripe coconuts). Other uses of brown coir (made from ripe coconut) are in upholstery padding, sacking and horticulture. White coir, harvested from unripe coconuts, is used for making finer brushes, string, rope and fishing nets.
1. Coconut husk thrown to conveyor belt then get into the crusher machine to separate fibers from peat. The main component of crusher machine is a rotating pit with particular blades on it. Then fibers from crusher machine, get into the sifter machine to remove coco peat from coco fiber that still remain. 2. Fibers that get out from the Sifter Machine spread at the drying floor and stir it up for several times to remove some coco peat. After fibers dry and tested then it collected. The worker push dried fibers into the cleaner machine to remove short fibers and coco peat for the last time. Coco peat removal did several times to reduce impurity of coconut fiber which is low impurity is one of fibers export requirement. 3. Then fibers packed by high pressure machine and strap with plastic band. The worker stack fiber in bale by some raw at the warehouse and ready to ship. COCO FIBER is a coarse fiber extracted from the fibrous outer shell of a coconut. The coir fiber is relatively water-proof and is one of few natural fibers resistant to damage by salt water. Coir fiber is used in floormats and doormats, automobile dashboard, brushes, sleeping mattresses, and for use in erosion control on river banks and hillsides as geotextile. Coir Fiber pads are sprayed with rubber latex which bonds the fibers together (rubberized coir) to be used as upholstery padding for the automobile industry in Europe. The material is also used for insulation and packaging. Spesification: Color: Golden Yellow/Brown Impurity:
