The minimum purchase quantity is 12500 MT, shipped with whole ship, with 50kg bags, directly loaded on ship, without containers to minimize the price. Our main supply source is Brazil, the highest quantity and quality of sugar is produced here. We work directly with refineries in Brazil.
The minimum quantity is 25,000 MT, no maximum limits. ICUMSA 45 Refined sugar, sparkling and made from Sugar Cane in Brazil.

Export order terms:
1. Buyer issues an updated and targeted LOI/ICPO (Seller of Ultimate) with import license;
2. Seller shall issue a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to buyer to accept sign and return to seller;
3. The seller shall issue the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) to buyer;
3. The buyer confirms the SPA (signature and seal) return to seller;
4. The supplier returns the SPA (signature and seal);
5. Upon lodging of signed contract with banks, buyer's bank shall
issue via swift an irrevocable transferable cash backed stanby letter of credit, fully funded operative documentary letter of credit, or irrevocable transferable divisible standby letter of credit issued by top bank, to seller's bank within five (5) banking days after executing the SPA.
6. After seller's bank has received the letter of credit and confirmed is good working order, seller shall start transporting product to the loading port to be loaded onto Chartered Vessel within twenty (20) days.
