DECOPANEL decorative insulation panels : is a new type of product for interior and exterior decoration, beyond it is appearance it solves problems about insulations : heat, fire and sound. This new sandwich panel has three layers ; coated aluminium or steel alloy sheet layer with nano protective layer outside, PU polyurethane foaming middle layer and aluminium foil layer. The production can be made in a large variety of surface textures even with wooden, marble, wallpaper appearance. Can be produced in requested lengths up to 6 meters. Panels with 10 mm thickness can be used for internal or external, 30 mm thickness can be used for external applications. Our production line has 4 different section types of panel s. GREEN ENVIRONMENTALPR_OTECTION â?¢ All raw materials adopted by the product is environmental protection material, zero emission, zeroformaldehyde, zero toxic gas oscillation. 7. INSTALLATION CONVENIENCF ft I IGHTNESS_â?¢ It can be applied on existing wall&ceiling but also it can be used in partition wall and suspended ceiling applications. So it is much more labor-saving and time-saving product from traditional old wall&ceiling covering materials. 8. LIGHTNESS.: It is a light material so when used to produce partition walls and suspended ceilings. It does not increase the total weight of the building also does not increase earthquake load. 9. SURFACE_DURABILITY â?¢ The surface of product can not be deformed, damaged and can be cleaned easily. 10. SAVE SPACE : It does not installed by any chassis, it can be directly mounted on the wall using screws or punches. This provides 5-10 cm saving of wall space. Aluminium composite panels consists of a thermoplastic polyethylene core that is sandwiched between to outer flat aluminium panels. The polyethylene core is bonded between the two aluminium sheets providing a very lightweight, flat, smooth and strong rigid sheet. The aluminium composite sheets can be coated with a number of coatings from pvdf or polyester paint depending on the customer requirement or process.
