Guar gum is a potential substitute for several other thickeners, such as locust bean gum . xanthan gum and Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC). Guar gum can also be substituted by these products. A major strength of guar gum in comparison to CMC is its potential for clean labelling. Clean labels do not contain names of ingredients which are perceived by consumers to be unhealthy. Moreover, guar gum processing does not require any solvent, as is the case for CMC, xanthan and many other thickeners.

Guar Meal a cattle feed. Guar meal is a highest protein containing animal feed in its group; it is having up to 52% of protein with a digesting content. During the guar split manufacturing process, husk and germ are obtained. These are used as a valuable cattle feed as they are rich in protein. Guar Meal is a by-product after processing the Guar Seed. That is, Guar gum is extracted from the guar seed Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba of leguminous plant. Guar Meal typically comes in different forms: a Guar Meal Churi, which is in powder form and Guar Meal Korma in granular form. Guar Meal is rich in proteins and carbohydrates, and is a 100 percent natural agricultural product without the addition of any chemicals or preservatives. Processed guar meal can be used either in conjunction with other feed stuffs or by itself, as it is a complete nutritional feed. Guar Korma (Granular Form) Protein 48% - 52% for Cattle Feed
Guar Gum Split is refined endosperm derived from guar seed or cluster bean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba). It is a non-ionic polysaccharide galacomannan. ï?µ Guar Gum Refined Split (Endosperm) is mechanically separated from guar seed which yields 28-30% of Refined Split. Guar beans are harvested and dried following the growing season. The beans are shelled from the pods, the germ and hull removed. The resulting splits are wet-milled into powder; the powder is graded by granulation and quality. Products are re-blended according to specification, bagged and marked. Sesbania Gum is extracted from sesbania seeds which are originated from China. The sesbania gum powder is a white loose milky powder which is soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, ketones, ethers, and other organic solvents. Sesbania gum powder can be dispersed in cold water to form a viscous solution. The viscosity of sesbania gum powder is 5-10 times higher than natural plant gum, sodium alginate. It plays a major role as a flocculant in water and wastewater treatment. Furthermore, the constituents and specifications of sesbania gum powder are as follows. It has a minimum viscosity of 2000 to 2500 cps. And when the viscometer is used at a temperature of 25 degrees and speed of 20 rpm, it has a maximum viscosity of 3000 to 3500 cps. Further sesbania gum powder has a moisture content of maximum 12 percent, passing 90 percent, proteins 5 percent, fat 1 percent, A.L.R. 3 percent, Ash 1 percent, pH between 5.5 to 7.0, carbohydrates minimum 80 percent, arsenic maximum 3 ppm, lead maximum 2 ppm, and heavy metals maximum 20 ppm. Besides this, it has been found after performing microbiological tests, that the sesbania gum powder contains a total plate count per grams of maximum 5000, yeast and mold per gram of maximum 200, salmonella per 25 grams is not present, and also, E. Colli and Colliforn are not available.

Guar Gum is the ground endosperm of the seeds of natural strains of the Guar plant, Cyamopsis Tetragonolobus (family Leguminosae) mainly used for Thickening, Binding Agent & Stabilization. Among various natural agro products, guar gum occupies a very important place, as it is a rich source of high-quality galactomannan polysaccharide. Guar Gum is extracted from guar seeds. The seeds from this plant are allowed to dry in sun. After drying the seeds in the sun, they are separated and processed into flour which is known as guar gum powder. The processing technique of guar gum depends on the requirement of the end product. The guar gum powder has more thickening ability than cornstarch. It not only works as a thickener but also works as a binder and plasticizer as well. Guar gum is easily soluble in water and has a natural ability to bind with water molecules. Without a binder like a guar gum, different ingredients might separate into a watery mess as far as creamy processed foods are concerned.
Guar Churi is the residual product derived from the milling of guar seed and removal of guar gum and basically constitutes the germ and the hull part of the seed. Churi is available either as husk or powder texture. It is considered to be one of the most nutritious ingredients for animals that are also rich in protein. It is produced without the influence of any chemicals thus it remains completely safe to use merchandize in the animal feed industry. The powder texture is in form of coarse powder of approx. 40 mesh size and is an excellent cattle feed having protein content (exceeding 35%) which significantly enhances the nutritional value of the feed. The Guar Churi is widely demanded at the domestic fronts as well as in foreign countries as it serves as a healthy feed for the animals. The unmatched quality and high nutritional value of the Guar Churi has played a vital role in the enhancement of the demand at the international market.

Guar Seed refers to the bean or cluster bean of the Cyamopsis tetragonolobus plant. The plant is an annual legume primarily cultivated in India which can be eaten as a green bean. Surprisingly, although guar primarily is grown for its gum content, very little was known about the variability of gum content in the seed of Cyamopsis tetragonolobus. Guar is an important source of nutrition for animals and humans and is consumed as a vegetable and cattle feed. Apart from being consumed as feed for animals or vegetables for human consumption, it is used as a thickener in cosmetics, sauces, and salad dressings. Industrially it is used in mining, petroleum drilling, and textile manufacturing. The guar or Lond bean, with the botanical name Cyamopsis tetragonoloba, is an annual legume and the source of guar gum. It is also known as Gavar, gawar, or guvar bean. Guar (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba (L.) Taub.) is an erect, bushy annual herbaceous legume up to 3 m high, with trifoliate leaves up to 10 cm long, and white or rose-colored flowers. The pods are straight, hairy, pale green, up to 12 cm long, and contain 5 to 12 hard seeds (beans) each. Guar is a multi-purpose plant, mostly used today as a source of galactomannan gum, which is used as a thickener and stabilizer in foods such as salad dressings, ice cream, and yogurt. The gum and the water-soluble resin extracted from the seeds are also used in other industries, including paper manufacturing, cosmetics, mining, and oil drilling.
Guar Meal, a by-product of guar gum and consisting of seed coat and germ material, is a good source of protein. Dry milling of guar seeds separates the endosperm, containing the gum, and leaves a high-protein meal, used as a protein source in livestock feeding. The Guar Meal is processed by steaming and dry heating, which tends to remove some of the bean's odor and gum residue, including the adhesive characteristic of the raw meal. One of the part of guar meal is our product Microfine Guar Meal. Microfine Guar Meal is produced with the best high-quality guar germ with high protein for animal and poultry feed. This by-product is obtained during the guar split manufacturing process, from germ and husk. Due to improved technology, our Microfine contains up to 56-60% protein. Microfine is a palatable and highly digestible protein source it is the ideal solution for the diet of young animals. Furthermore, it is a highly concentrated protein source for aquaculture, ideal to replace a part of animal proteins.
We supply Guar Gum for Food application, Fish Meal, and Oil drilling purpose purpose in various grades with good quality.
