* Description SVR CV 60 is a constant viscosity grade. It is made by only adding hydroxylamine neutral sulfate (HNS) to ammonia preserved field latex after reception at factory. HNS is only added before coagulation with acid. The SVR CV60 rubber is processed through some stages such as crushing, creping, crumbing, drying and baling. The hydroxylamine inhibits the storage hardening reaction in natural rubber, which leads to an increase in its Mooney viscosity. Mooney viscosity (MV) is 60 ± 5. * Used For The Manufacturing -Anti-vibration mountings -Conveyor belts -Rubber and metal bonded components -Injection moulded products -Extruded products -Masking tapes -Railway buffers -Automotive components -Rubber–metal bonded components * Features • A constant viscosity rubber which hasn’t used peptizer agent . • • Constant Mooney viscosity, cleanliness, uniformity, and softness. * Specification Dirt : 0.02 max Ash : 0.40 max Volatile Matter: 0.80 max Nitrogen : 0.60 max Initial Wallace plasticity (Po) - Plasticity Retention Index (PRI) : 60 min Mooney Viscosity MU: 60 ± 5 **At time of production, ML 1+ 4 (100 oC).
