MS182 is a smart in-head transmitter module with HART® -protocol. It has measurement input for resistance Thermometers (RTD), thermocouples, resistance or millivolt signals in 2-, 3- or 4-wire connection, and converts various input signals into a standard 4 to 20 mA analog output signal after linear processing. The transmitter is programmable directly from PC or via the HART communication. Isolation is provided between the input and output. A special signal can be set in advance while the sensor burnout or short.
