This is a coffee produced with grains selected, 100% pure Arabica coffee, grown in highlands, screens 16 and above (screen 16 & up), type 2 to 3, for espresso or ground. Its seeds have a high sugar content, as the harvest was made at the highest level of fruit´s ripening.
