The Higglunds VI motor, the first Higglunds hydraulic motor to leave the assembly line, was originally developed for marine applications for unmatched performance, reliability and control. These properties have also been demonstrated in industrial fields such as pulp and paper and mining. In marine applications, especially winches in harsh working conditions, Higglunds VI motors provide optimum torque (tension) control regardless of RPM.
