It can be set with different flux according to customers demand and can maintain constant flux by itself. It can be used in some areas that need fixed flux in the water system of centralized heat-supply and centralized air-conditioning to make the whole pipeline regulated at one process and the regulating process simplified into a process of flux distribution. Further it is avoided that the flux re-distribution might need during heat source switching process and thus prevented the hydraulic maladjustment of the pipeline.
